    You are not allowed to give out the account information to anyone else
    I am not responsible for any loss occurred if you're banned while renting
    No breaking of any in-game rules while renting (no RWT/no commission Staking)
    If you go offline for 5 minutes or more without notifying me, I'll assume you are done and the password will be changed

    All non-sythe users, newcomers or users with a TWC must pay a 4m 07/10m RS3 deposit. This will be returned in full at the end of the service
