[PAYING] Need info, etc.

Well I need a software (and I'm sure it's there, Google failed with all those useless sites) that can get through the password that Windows has when you want to sign in on a user. I'll pay anyone who helps me thoroughly from $5-$20 (depending if it works, if you supply me the program, etc. etc.) and I need it as soon as anyone can help. I can pay through mail, or PayPal and this is backed up by my word so if I don't pay up, I get banned, etc. etc.

(I pay Mail, but if it's absolutely impossible, I'll do PayPal. My dad should be paying me my allowance Feb. 3rd so I'll have a good amount of moolah)
