paying for RS negative members problem

hi everyone

i been searching for help about paying for negative members on Rs, but i can find anything but crap.

ok well i used payBycash.com and i used paypal method to pay it legally but than my Rs account is still disable. i contacted jagex/billing. the mod told me that i need to pay paybycash.com first before i can subscribe for Rs members.

wtf does that mean i already used paybycash.com to pay for members.
also i sent 3 payments and my account is still disable. jagex took $26 CAD from me lol..

any help?

How much negative credits do you have?
If you have like 100days you gotta pay for 3 months and then 1 month extra to get a 1 month members.

But if you've already payed that and your account is still disabled you gotta tell them.

lol i only have 6 days have negative members and i have made 3 payments and it still says that:(
 
OMFG ya i tried to pay by credit card and it charged me 15$ but i didnt get any months...i was PISSEDDD lol ya but thats my story :D

Man that sucks, I didnt even know you could get negative credits. But I hope you get it resolved! :)
 
contact customer service? they will probly ignore u worth a try tho
