Paying for Default Forum Design

I'm paying for a default forum design.

Think of a default skin for a forum software, vBulletin, IPB, MyBB, etc.

Base it off of features from vBulletin. I'll pay for a good index design.

Talk to me on Skype cutie :3

$25-75 depending on who/what it look like/etc.

He does, just one created exclusively to him, not like the one shown there

I can do it, web design is my specialty. I usually do themes, only one default one, but it was very minimalized, even for a default design, because of the buyer's request, but come in contact with me. My skype is chanceol.

Added both of you.
