Wow so many firecapers that can do a cape for 3m without skills! People you know if you take 3m and say you can do the cape, I will give you 3cb acc and call you a scammer, because YOU CAN'T?

and come on.. Who will do a cape for 3m? Probably your outfit+supplies will cost more than that. I offer to find a good started firecaper that would do the cape for a vouch They are more trustworthy than people claiming they can do a cape without skills

 

Well, I am assuming he is at least 70+ range and 43+ prayer if he wants a firecape done, I can do it on pures/zerkers/mains, Thats why I posted.
