Paul J scammed me.

So over a month ago I saw that "Paul J" was swapping his steam account which had 2 vac bans (CSGO and MW3) and 211 games on it for an account that has atleast csgo on it. I knew it was a bit sketchy but he had alot of vouches so I trusted him.
He went first everything was smooth. Then some days later he got VAC banned on csgo and accused me of it even tho he just had gotten a ban with the account he traded me. Then 2 weeks later I cant log into that account he had given me.

read the stickies about what other info might be useful in a report. this doesn't really prove anything as is...

 

I had the conversation in steam with the account that I gave him. He just private messaged steam login name in sythe. What proof do I need more to report?
