Patch 4.4 discussion.

Honestly that isn't a nerf to Vi, trust me.
I've heard many people's opinion on this, and basicly its only a nerf if you went straight tank, which im sure isn't the case. Most Vi's tend to run the common carry jungler build: Lizard>Brutilizer>randuins.

Like in most cases you would get a maxed Q off rather than the minimum. They nerfed the flat dmg by 40 at level 5 Q i believe, and buffed it by 0.2 at all ranks. That seems like a buff to me if anything. I just think Riot does this to stir people away from playing Vi by making it look like she was "nerfed"

 

I like the Elise nerf though.

I hated going against her :S

Could this be the return of Homeguard rush on Malphite TP level 6 botlane ganks?

I like the diana Q Buff, Nashor's Tooth may be a solid option now.

 

I don't see a problem with that, but honestly the new TP really shines the first 3-5 minutes in laning phase.

As others pointed out, imagine Nasus, you really want to shut him down before he gets big and unstopable, for that you'd want to gank him etc. But you can prevent those ganks recalling already when you have 300-400 gold and buy plenty of green wards, pots>tp back and pretty much have a big lead versus your lane oponent, and if you play safe with your wards, ungankable.

 

Elise was needed but Vi not that necessary.
