Password reset, invalid password

Hello

I had to change my password and received the e-mail to reset password. After doing so, the first e-mail was never sent to my e-mail. So I tried again to reset, and finally received the e-mail with my new temporary password, but it says invalid password when logging in with the password that was sent to me.

Asking if someone can manually over-ride this or resend a valid e-mail alert, thanks.
