Password reset email wont send

When I tried to log on today it said I needed to reset my password because it was too old. I entered my e-mail several times for the password recovery but it is not showing up in my inbox or spam folders. I know my username, password, & email - is there any way to access my account again?

I moved over the summer (in May). would that explain the IP not matching?
