is there one? and if there isnt they should make one wouldnt be that hard just have it try passwords and wait 5 minutes

But nobody makes them anymore because they are

Well it is kinda rude to just take someones account. And you could get arrested because if it has members... they paid real money for that.

 

Password crackers use proxies to avoid the 5 minute wait and it's extremely difficult to make one regardless, you have no idea what you're talking about. It would be pointless to even attempt it waiting out the 5 minutes each time.
In a day of 24 hours you could make 288 password attempts while there are over 13367500000000000000000000000000 possible passwords.

 

Agreed, And You Would Have To Find A Huge Proxy List To Avoid The 5 Minutes. And.... A Even Bigger Password List.

In My Eyes They Are Pointless And In Some Cases Against The Law
