I think they'll go down, as jagex are unbanning old accounts and bringing old rares back into the game.

 

The only reason blue stays high is cause its related to the crips

 

I told every one before the update they would crash for a tiny amount of time then rise a lot.
The stakers control the prices now, and after they have max cash x2, they are only interested in rares and divines + elys.
They wont crash again for a long time.
