Explanation of the trade: I was referred to Partybonds by a friend, and I have been purchasing accounts off PartyBonds for my personal farm, ive had no issues, but recently (october/november), he sold me accounts which he did not have email access to, as a result when the accounts get locked, they are unrecoverable. When that usually happens, he compensates me by replacing said account, but as of this report, he has ignored my messages since 27th November. We mutually agreed, even he stated on his selling thread (see: ⭐[P4GOLD]⭐ Super Cheap Account!❤️1673❤️⚡Fire Cape⚡Melee Max⚡Void Elite❤️Best Prices!) that he will provide support to recover accounts for 8-10 weeks timeframe (see: https://i.imgur.com/UPg2daC.png)

How they scammed: Selling accounts from vennies with no chance of recovery.

Additional note: My friend and I have been using PartyBonds for awhile now, it seems as though he has given up on trying to maintain this business relationship we have. Hope he sees this and we can get a response.

the accounts were banned, they were sold outside sythe without any terms and conditions, client broke the jagex rules of bot use and wants them to make up for their lack

 

Sorry but sythe mods can have access to any of the 'locked' accounts to check whether they were actually banned or locked, i have no reason to lie

 

You tell me that the accounts were blocked but they did not recover, if you changed the emails I can not help you!,
do not fool yourself, you blocked the accounts and you come to tell me that it was the system

 

the fact that

1. you did not tell me that this was 'outside of sythe w/o terms or conditions', i literally knew about this as of this report
2. accounts were blocked but did not recover? what do you mean? why are you reselling accounts you have no access to OG email to in the first place?

Just for fyi, I never had any issues with @PartyBonds like i said until recently, he stopped supplying accounts with email access claiming because he claimed that, either owner died of covid/the owner hasnt gotten back to him.

And back on topic, I dont believe we ever discussed and agreed that the transactions we made were outside your Sythe ToS.

 

You clearly said there were no terms or conditions, the accounts that I sell in sythe are exclusive to my property, the accounts that you bought me are from Vennis that had no conditions if you buy accounts you must establish terms before doing any negotiation

 

clarify I did not continue answering why my provider told me that in your emails I did not receive any email to set a password or a recovery, he indicated that you changed the alternative email, I do not find an alternative to your claim

 

You did not receive any emails, so you didnt bother to reply? is that what understanding correctly?

If you bothered to check, do a password recovery request with the account I've given you, then tell me whether my 'claim' is true or false. there is absolutely no reason for me to lie about it because i gain nothing out of it.

How can you say that, the accounts I bought from you were your personal accounts ?

 

#1 was on the 8th of November, a week later it was locked
#2 was on the 22nd of October, was locked on the 5th of November
#3 was on the 31st of October, 4 days later was locked.

 

Just to quote @PartyBonds , I have never asked him to refund/compensate me for accounts that were banned.

I accept the responsibility if the accounts gets banned because im botting on them, but when they get locked due to change in ownership and he does'nt even help, then i dont see how is that okay

 

If the accounts that I bought were acquired in my sythe publications, I give guarantee of them and in each publication I put terms and conditions, but it was not like that, there were no terms or conditions, nor guarantee of what was acquired outside of sythe, again I say the accounts that he says were blocked, he told me that the system returned them to their original email, which is something that I heard for the first time, I only see that he wants to scam me, changed the email of the accounts to another and say that the accounts They were blocked, evidence that one of the accounts was banned, I leave you my evidence that he wants to scam me.

• October 22 did not buy and there was no negotiation

• account from October 31 was banned

• This is when it tells me that the system restarted the account to the original email, something that I had never heard in my 9 years in osrs

You can clearly see the deception that the buyer wants to make me and I consulted with some of the people who, as it was that the system restarted mail to the original one, the 2 that I consulted told me that this was false.

my sales publications osrs accounts in sythe all have their different terms, conditions and guarantee, I do not modify any entry after the sale. Buyer never acquired an account by this means and published an entry for an account that he did not acquire.

I am out of any responsibility since there were no terms spoken by both parties of any guarantee and the buyer is not new to this.

 

Sorry but 9 years of selling accounts and you have never heard of jagex sending password requests to the original email? At this point I don't know if you're actually serious or not.

Yourself and the mods can check for yourself, the accounts I "claimed" that were banned whether if they are currently locked or not by trying to sign in to the accounts themselves, the wealth I have on the accounts exceed the amount I spent on buying them so there is no reason why you would think that "deception" is taking place.

 

mods please see deleted for the 3 accounts i mentioned and try to login via vanilla client/website. you will find that they are infact locked and not "banned" which @PartyBonds claims. again i will like to reiterate, there is absolutely 0 benefit of me trying to scam accounts that i have access to, if that were the case, the 15 other accounts i have purchased from him would definitely be listed here too, or the 6 accounts he sold me for vorkath were banned shortly after due to RWT gold farmer ban (due to @PartyBonds being aware that the accounts were from a flagged/wellknown gold farmer ip and still sold them to me) again, i didnt do that. Im here just to try to get back a compensation of the accounts that were sold to me but were shortly locked with 0 chance of recovery because @PartyBonds assured me that they were from a reputable vendor but clearly not considering that he nor the "reputable vendor" does not have access to the OG email linked with the account.

 

@PartyBonds has made no attempt to refund
