yea this doesn't work anymore. It's already happened and been patches by jagex.

 

I don't know if this will work with party hats, BUT I do this with whips quite often, So it does work.

Btw, Instead of gnome balls, I drop T hammers.

Anyways, I was gonna do this but it's patched now, sorry about getting your hopes up.

 

I just wanted to say posting scams it against the rules, even if it is for a good cause.
However this is more some kinda of a lure than a scam.

 

Sure if you find an idiot then it could work.. But try find it.. I honestly think that any1 with a phat is not that dumb to do what you say.

 

nice idea but this would never work. most ppl wit phats have a good knowledge of rs and no all scams, and there are lots of luring scams that say i need to make a pknig video tel em to bring ne item and give them urs so they lose their rare one when they die.
