depending on your starting cash, a p hat will take a loooooong time to work up to. Staking I'd say is your best bet, just bet smart and hope you get lucky.

Staking fastest obviously, but has it's own risks.
Corp FFA/PvM is most likely the most effective since it has no risks and eventually you will get loots.
