Partner for Hero's quest

Where can I find one? I've tried RSOF, but there's no section for that.

There's a ton of people asking for 07 Heroes partners.

 

Yeah theres like an official thread for finding partners for quests, primarily shield of arrav and heroes, thats where i found mine when i did that quest.
