Parents shut down internet and wireless

Well, my parents shut down my all my internet somehow (it's only shut down on my laptop and my pc, so my parents and brothers computers still have internet). Apparently I'm on it to much and killing my brain >_< So anyways does anyone know a way to get around this?

And also, is it possible to get into a user account with a password on it on a mac?

 

if the internet is shut down on a pc try using a different browser.

 

Ive tried that already. I'm afraid it's more complicated then that. My dads a big big BIG computer nerd and knows to much.

 

Tell me what kind of router you have. If you can tell me that, i may be able to help you. Otherwise, you can't do much..

If you type in the IP address of your router in the internet address bar, you could enable your internet.

 

Are u getting some eror when u try an load a page? If so what eror?

 

Would be good if you posted specs such as your router and the knowledge your parents have about computers so we could post suggestions >.<

 

you could...beg to your parents thats pretty much the largest reason that im on lol and you could always go to a internet cafe or somethin if they have those or and internet hotspot..

If your parents shutted down your internet... how are you posting? Anyways... if there are unsecured wireless networks around your house, or you can connect to that or you can use the ipconfig/release, ipconfig/ renew way. However I not 100% if it will work

 

Tell you're parents they should let you do what you want as long as it's not hurting anyone. Also, try 192.168.1.1 in your browser and do the default password. Then change wireless settings from there.

 

THe defauly username for routers are admin, admin or admin, password. I also think that pushing a button on the back your router restarts your router which forces baack to it's default password...

 

If your parents did this to you, maybe you need to go for a walk or something. Take a break for a few weeks
