    Parents over reacting?

If you are late and this is related to work, tell your managers or work-mates to call your household and inform one of your parents the situation why you will be home.

If they hear the situation from a manager I am sure that they should understand or try to.

I would attempt to contact your biological father if possible if he 'isnt bad' or so.

I would also go to your step-father and ask her to talk to your mother for her for you.

Also how old are you? If, you can disclose that I might be able to help more.

    Parents over reacting?

As I've said before I'm 16. And in about 2 months I'll be 17, I've been thinking about asking my real dad to switch the child support payments to go to me.

Also, find a way to get your money back. Financial independence is very important. Either find a way to be paid in cash, or set up a bank account that your parents cannot interfere with (could be tricky). Get your school/social workers involved (especially if your mother is mentally ill. Not meant as an insult). If they try and send you away, you'll have some degree of protection from them.

Actually I have already set up my own bank account, also I'm sure she's mentally ill + physically ill. And one of my friends offered to start a petition saying not to send me. He thinks that the entire town will sign it lol.

Hey think of it like this some people never had parents to guide them in the right direction. Some peoples parents are in jail. Some peoples parents dont give a fuck about them and could care less what hapens to them.

My opinion is be thankfull that your parents are in your life and care about your wareabouts.

Because you dont apreciate the small things in life till they are gone.
