Parents Embarrassing You!!

Hey i was just thinking that i bet some people have had some really embarrassing moments where one of their parents have embarrased them. So i thought i'd make a thread to post what your parents have done that has really embarrassed you since it'll be interesting/funny to read in most cases.

Personally i can't think of anything my parents have done to embarrass me. Like sure theres lots but nothing major. If i think of something i'll post it.

 

We had this party once, my parents were away so I invited "a few" friends over for some beer. We were having a good time, talking about stuff, drinking beer, dancing, watching movies etc. Suddenly I hear someone is trying to unlock the door, so I go to the hall and what do I see? My pissed off parents. They started yelling at me because it was my turn to clean out the house (but I didn't because we were partying). Then they saw my friends and started more yelling lul. So yeah, this wasn't really a big of embarrasment, too lazy to think of other times ^^

 

Whenever I'm at a public place with my mom, she always feels the urge to talk to random ass people, and tell them about our personal life. I can understand people saying friendly normal things like 'Oh nice weather were getting", but she just loves to talk about stuff really don't want to her about.

I remember I was at the DMV with her, and I was pretty pissed off at her for some reason(I don't remember what it was). So we sit down next to this old dude, and she just starts talking to this guy "My sons really mad at me right now" blah blah blah. "We just got back from Florida". Just stupid stuff that people don't want to hear. I know shes just being friendly, but its annoying.

 

My parents are surprisingly really cool and I have only felt minor embarrassment every once in a while. I think when you get older you start to learn not to be embarrassed of them

 

My parents are some embarrasing, lol, my dad is really impatient and if i'm like 5 mins late for something he yells at me in front of my friends...it's great

 

My mom seems to do that too. Like one time we were in a bank, and my mom was pissed off at my aunt. So my mom tells a 45 minute story of how they started fighting and how she was being a bitch, etc. Good thing we were sitting down, but I seriously wouldn't mind dying in those 45 minutes.

 

My mom hit the procecuting atorneys car, declaired the color purple was evil, and china was killing off our young. So we sent her to the psych ward (exactly last year)

 

My parents are really cool but my Dad is always trying to embarrass me. Sometimes when hes picking me up places when I don't have my car he will act like I don't see him and start honking and yelling "I'm over here sweety". I think its funny and kinda embarrassing but everyone who knows my dad knows he is cool.

 

Ehh, my parents are usually cool around my friends.. I mean sure, theres always that "Wow, shut the hell up!!" moment, but thats normal. I'm 17, so I guess with age you learn to just ignore it. I think someone else said this also, and its true.

 

Only thing that really embarrassed me was when my parents read my texts online, and we went and had a sit down with my girlfriends dad and informed him that she gave me a blow job. They weren't being dumb and annoying, but I felt like an ass. It was no big deal for me, but my parents are super goody goods, and the whole situation was awkward.

 

Ohh shit lol. That made me laugh soooo hard. It might not be funny but wow, thanks for that =p. Id like shit a brick if that happened to me..

Luckily mine have been pretty cool lately.

 

I can see where you got your genes, then :O. You said you threaten to stab people at school lmao.

And anyways, my parents are quite chill actually. My mom's a bit obnoxious, like she always wants to meet my friends when I invite them over, but my dad actually gets it. And they're both pretty interesting people, so all the people that know them don't mind talking to them sometimes. They both understand social standards in America, even though they grew up in Russia. Quite interesting

 

Oh man, I can totally relate to that. I have to get dropped off at school now, since I can't get my provisional yet. They don't go to that extreme, but it's almost as bad.

 

My parents aren't really embarrassing at all. Cant really think of any =|

 

Id be scared if I where your friend and he winked and smiled at me. Pedobear alert lol but seriously you got it bad. My parents are chill. Its a good thing they cant speak english but sometimes they make me mad.

 

any time you take parents out in public its embarrassing

 

My dad coat hangered me off my skateboard and punched me in the jaw for being smart to him once lol.
I was skating out the front of my house with like 5 of my matez.

mine never embarrased me except when my dad stood on my skateboard
and fell down 3 steps
which was kind of embarrasing since it was at my party
