    • Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Below
    • Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: YES

A while ago I got involved in a HUGE ordeal with someone named jon

his acts included but were not limited to

Harassing me, and having other people do it as well

Adding my family, girlfriend and ex girlfriend on facebook and harassing them.

Ordering hundreds of dollars of pizza to my house

    Death Threats

DDosing (which he was permanently banned from sythe for)

Doxxing all my my information as seen here (http://www.sythe.org/threads/luckerdog-scammed-me.1862086/)

Proof of some of the stuff that happened, theres LOTS of emails if you want more

    http://imgur.com/a/at62B

So what happened is a real life friend of mine was on his way to becoming a trusted middle man, we were using the same internet connection my wifi dced (shitty time warner cable) at this point I had already sent half the payment but had received my items, had yet to send the remainder. I came back to all kinds of CRAZY messages, and death threats etc all in the span of about 30 mins. He found my facebook messaged my friends saying I scammed him and other stuff and he was trying to black mail them to get to me and so on. This guy was freaking out, and had embarrassed me and really just pissed me off. Due to this I refused to send him the rest of the payment because of all the damages etc he caused, and the stress he put me through and trying to convince everyone Im not some crazy ass online blackmarket scammer or whatever he said. He also had my info in a pastebin document which I was able to get removed by posting a claim

I also promise Mattxy8 had nothing to do with it or any involvement he didn't get paid or anything, I was so upset / mad I took all the skins however much they were worth I forget and put them on a gambling site and immediately lost all of them.

I think you should forgive me because I think a lot of people in my situation would have followed the same if not a very similar set of actions, my original intent was not to scam I did and still do a LOT of csgo trading and have an inventory valued over 1,000

    [ADDITIONAL]
I spoke with Shin and he advised me to post this and try to get a pardon. I would REALLY appreciate it if at least I could have my PERSONAL information removed from this thread which he said he thought was a fair expectation due to people not being allowed to post others information online like this. He said it should not be allowed by the site because my information is not being released to a sythe verified user but to the whole site.

Thread with my personal info is here:

http://prntscr.com/7tzyoe - really, he had nothing to do with it?

Also, you'll still need to email him and refund him what you scammed.

Ban reason: Doxxing and fraudulently ordering pizzas to someone else's house

Also, I can confirm that Mattxy8 did not have anything to do with it. I was there at the time and Luckerdog committed the actions he did on the back-end of how Silly Goose treated him. However, I don't think they should have tried to be an MM given the IRL connection.

I don't think a refund is owed to the user here based on the reason for their banning and the shit storm caused as a result of the craziness.

I see what you're saying shin but at the same time it doesn't seem right that OP gets to scam X amount and doesn't have to repay it in full. I think the rest of the money owed should go to other scam victims seeing as this scam victim clearly crossed several lines and entered into some very illegal territory

Just to be clear to Video and any other admins if a repayment to other victims is decided to be the fair thing here, the remaining amount is 39.75. As you can see in the screenshots we agreed to do a half and half thing and the first portion was sent its in the album with all the crazy stuff he did.

Also since we agree what he did over stepped a lot of bounds, could my personal information be removed from the scam report thread etc like IP name town and what not. Really would like that to be the outcome here I can't even use my name due to it linking to all my personal info. Thanks for taking time to review this and hopefully help me in the matter

I wasn't trying to say that nothing should be owed at all. My apologies if it came out that way.

I feel the remaining portion should be sent to other scam victims as we've done in the past when no user is present/eligible for a refund for the party wishing to pardon.

If I may also chime in it's not like I scammed him then bad things happened, I scammed him because of all the damages and crazy shit he caused. Kind of like suing in court for damages, only I took them in a vigilante type way which in hindsight I should not have done.

And secondly, I did not profit or anything from them or get to keep the moneys worth I in the heat of moment gambled it away in a couple seconds.

I believe it would be fair to not have to repay it since, all the shit he caused was much worse than 40$, I am also banned from that dominos he put the N word as my name and they still started making the order, and didn't even think to stop until I had to call.

All this embarrassment and trouble etc

Okay well I have some questions. For Dunworry and other mods

    1. What about my very personal information being posted all over the site, and for anyone to see who googles my name. Even if my pardon overall gets denied that is my #1 concern, and nobody has even addressed this matter. I would really like and appreciate if someone can address that because Shin already stated that it is not okay to post things like that, unless the information is given to a SVU who I scammed.

    2. Does this mean my pardon will be accepted and I am unbanned if I repay the remaining 39.75 but to that person?

    3. How exactly do I go about it due to the fact I can't really use the site at all or contact them

    1. I'll contact Shin regarding that

    2. Read the sticky in the pardon section.

    3. Read the post I made, I've provided a Skype for you to contact them via. They were scammed for more than $39.75, so all of that will be going to them.

Yeah sorry, I am a bit of a night owl and been busy, and I was also waiting to see the outcome of dunworry and shins conversation about removing my doxxed info and I didn't know if I really needed to wait to see the outcome of the pardon, because it wouldn't make a lot of sense to repay them and then just get denied so I expected to wait to see since its not the original person but someone else. Sticky doesn't really cover repaying a third party and this situation is a bit unorthodox I supposed.

I will try to get in touch tomorrow since now doesn't seem like a good time and I have to update my Skype
