Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Mid-January I went on a week long vacation, and came back to my skype being compromised and found out that either Fero framed me, or he legitimately got hacked/someone ratted my computer and took the gold but to this day I think he's just a lieing scumbag because it just doesn't seem likely that the week that I was gone he magically got 200m+ on the company mule account but it's w/e. I didn't plan on paying him to get unbanned but not having access to the biggest rs blackmarket is just terrible... I can't stand it. So I know that I have to repay Fero 220m and I got the gold for him but he either made a new skype or blocked me. I can pay this amount to a moderator/staff if needed. I hope this is enough to get me pardoned after the payment is made. I just wish you mods would look at the proof and realize he really showed nothing to prove that I infact took his gold because I didn't. I had no reason to at the time and still don't, but for some reason you all took his word over me which is kind of ridiculous hahaha what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty, but like I said it is what it is. I can cough this $300 up just so I can re-join this amazing black market. Please express your concerns, I am willing to do just about anything to be reinstated. Thank you for your time Sythe Staff, and sorry for the inconvenience of this mumbo-jumbo.

Proof of me offering a refund? All I have is this skype conversation because that's the only contact info i have of fero's. I believe he is now banned on sythe and his site 54bgp.com is nonexistant. But I think this is proof?

Like I said in my original post, I am willing to give a sythe staff member or donate to sythe the amount (220m 07gp) if that is required for me to get pardoned. Also, on my scam report it shows my phone number which I'm pretty sure is the reason I have been receiving anonymous phone calls the past couple months, so if I am pardoned is it possible that a moderator can remove the photos of my phone number on the original scam report from smoothx? thank you very much. Sorry for the inconvenience once again.

to your question about phone numbers, no, i dont see why that should be removed.

also, smoothx http://www.sythe.org/members/467400-smoothx.html is active. why dont you get in touch with him and see if he can help sort out a refund here?
