Ban Dispute,

Hello Sythe and Staff, i felt i should dispute my ban because i felt it was harsh and unnecessary, i know People are affected because of my Paypal limiting me and for good reason, the reason my Paypal got limited is because A person sent me money from Hacked paypals, i did not know this until it was to late and when he Chargebacked on me It Limited my paypal ; thus my Paypal getting limited and Chargebacking others, If not all.

I am 16, Coming from a Poor country nobody here even knows about, Macedonia - The wage per day is 10$, and that is a good pay for most of the people here, we need to be 18 to Legally work for someone, for anything.

I, felt the ban was Unnecessary because i can not get money ANY other way unless doing Services here, on Sythe ; Or selling personal things/Collections i have accumulated during my trades here, which there were quite a few, I'd be glad to get unbanned even for a short while, just to start working on some Services so i can ACTUALLY Repay the users, I can't do it without me offering certain things which do not incline me to using Paypal, i will stop using Paypal After this has been solved for good, I really want to repay everyone ; But as said i can't without getting unbanned to start working towards it, i felt this was a bit Harsh considering i can't get a way to repay otherwise :/.

I don't think he deserves to be banned. If he's willing to pay things back (assuming the people affected are ok with it) He even told me that he was paying people back.

 

Could we please hold off on a dispute until at least the report has been closed ?

 

I'm fine with that, I personally don't think he's a risk though.

From what he's told me, it seems as though the owed users want him to be unbanned so he can begin to pay them back. For me personally, I talk to him frequently I definitely do not think he is a threat whatsoever.

 

I don't think he's a threat either, but he says the only way he can repay is to do services by being unbanned. Now if the people he owes money finds that acceptable, then why not I guess.

I think what we should do is allow him to come back, and he may run any services he'd like however he MAY NOT purchase anything. Flipping will be out of the question, but services like questing, skilling, etc. are OK with me.

 

Nope. That can't be done. There's a too much money/people to allow him back, and we already set precedent with this with Weasel2013.

 

Your not coming back until others are paid off entirely. End of discussion.
