Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was in a debt of about 400$ to my best friend who i had borrowed money from to pay my tuition, and his family began going through some financial troubles soon after i was still owing him money so as he was my best friend, I had no way of repaying him back, he had gave me a time limit of "6 months to 1 year" is what he had said. But soon as his parents began going through this struggle he began to ask me if there's any way i could pay him back at the time, every 2/3 days... So I guess... I just panicked since I didn't have the money and i tried to do whatever i could to repay him, which resulted in me scamming at a time of great need which i should not have done, but rather tried to do legit services or something. I did panic. prior to that i never had any reports of being fishy, or anything a long those lines. And know i was awarded a 5000$ scholarship which will pay for a majority of my schooling, and i've got a part-time job now, and i sincerely apologize for what I've done.
