Pardon for Hyper ELO

[Hyper.ELO]

Thread Link: Hyper ELO is a scammer!

I would like to pay off what I owed to LoLBoosterOCE and have my ban and DNT lifted. I have been facing problems with Paypal for a couple of months now, but I was able to organize his payment separately.
