Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I was abusing a swap rate on a gambling website (Debts repaid), as I did not have an account I asked someone who I knew did have an account and offered him a split of the profits to use his account through voice chat, however this individual was a known scammer and when I reported runestake for other reasons, the IP's of the scammer ended up linked to me.
After proving I am not that person @Andy rightfully TWC'd me for deleting evidence with Chris

For some clarification of why messages were deleted in the first place, there was a few, or a lot of messages where this individual would message he saying ''Just finnessed 2b, just got x amount off someone'' and I was laughing saying gg and joking around, I did not want my comments to be taken serious or make it look like I was apart of it in anyway, as i was already in the firing line, although there was not very many occasions where this was the case but we did a lot of our conversations through voice chat on my discord, which made the conversation look even more suspicious because of broken transcript which I totally agree with why Andy thought it was a red flag

Which brings me to the question why I disagree with the decision of placing a TWC on me, in all honesty, I don't disagree with it, I was just on damage control mode trying to hide the fact that I ever had spoke to him basically which Andy seen right through I totally deserved TWC and that's why I have not been rushing to dispute the decision because even in my own opinion if I had disputed the TWC as soon as i was able to everytime, it would have been to soon, but now this is my second dispute and I have had the TWC since the end of August so I think now is a good time to start disputing it.

I knew this person way before I had even joined sythe from who i inheritated my discord from and wasn't aware of the extent where things had gone with him, as a person he is a very chilled person to talk to but obviously I made the wrong decision with using his accounts

And even though this isn't a dispute of me attempting to scam or anything, I'd like to just mention that I acknowledge I'm a relatively new sythe user and I have earned the trust which I'm proud of by some users who have trusted me in the time I've been here, some upwards of $2000 usd tabs which if I had any bad intentions, obviously I wouldn't be here anymore

I take a lot of pride in my business and what I have worked on growing, and TWC does hold me back as it's not something I want my customers to have to see on my profile before adding me, because in my heart I know they have no risk with trading me at all and I overcare what people think on first impressions and I would like all this put behind me as I have now learned my lesson to be more careful in future.
