Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: In my personal opinion i still believe i was in my right to act how i did. I didn't need to use a middleman unless i was 200% satisfied as i've never used one before. I told him 3 times that if he didn't want to do it my way then he could just go to somebody else which i was more than happy to let him do so. As it was me who was selling some of my own in-game gold to make some extra cash, it was my right to do it how i want and if the buyer isn't happy then he hasn't got to trade with me.

Anything else you wish to say: I'm sorry that it seemed and looked a little sketchy but i can assure you i wasn't trying to scam him, I didn't see how they'd middleman a UK Bank Transfer as i had a look around and none of them had that sales choice on their threads. I have since then got a vouch or two and can assure you that it won't happen again.

Also he has only shown literally a small part of the convo, All i had was abuse from him because i wouldn't do it his way! I really think this is unfair on me as i'm trying to start a service so scamming somebody is not in the picture :/

You just got the rank. Hold onto it for a while longer and do more trades. The 2 vouches left by the same person are questionable.

You asked for a middleman with a minimum of 1k vouches. He offered you an omm/mod with nearly double the amount of vouches who was able to do the bank transfer and you quickly declined trying to play off that you were busy doing services for sythe users. I checked your skilling thread at the time and you only had one person asking for a price. The rank given to you is deserved.

 

I didn't ask for a middleman with a minimum of 1k+ vouches, If you read carefully i say i'll use a middleman if they are high enough to win me over, a minimum of 1k+ required to be considered..He's left everything else i've said out of the pictures...Also i've had more than 6 people add me on skype, not everyone pm's me or posts on my stuff on sythe straight away.

The guy is a ban evader himself so how's this work out?

 

Whether he is or isn't is a separate matter. You were given a twc for your suspicious behavior. This does not change.

Long story short, there's nothing to argue here. You need to accumulate some vouches that show you're deserving of some sort of trust. To add to this, you claim you were busy doing services and on the flip side you have no service vouches shown on your vouch thread.

You won't be getting my support until you get some solid vouches.
