Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I took various jobs from @Rune_Dragon to train OSRS accounts, specifically HCIM 99 firemaking accounts.

I completed the job and delivered the accounts but two of them were banned for RWTing the day after I had received payment.

@Rune_Dragon contacted me, explained the situation and asked for a refund for the affected accounts. I accepted, but I became ill and couldn't finish the job on time.

I think I should be forgiven because I was honest with my client. I did not have
intentions to harm him at any time, and everything that happened was a misunderstanding.

This will not happen again in the future. I will take precautions in order to protect my future clients.
