Explanation of the trade: I wanted firemaking services on my fresh hardcore ironmans, i requested 1-99 firemaking @ wintertodt on 10 accounts. 6 accounts went well, 4 accounts got banned but i already paid for 3 accounts before, those had 99 firemaking, these (3 accounts) got banned shortly after i paid for them. Then we came to an agreement and i gave him 4 new accounts to get 99 fm again. He never delivered these accounts, after a quick hiscore search i see that 2 accounts got banned again and the other 2 accounts got like 10% of the requested order.
How they scammed: He never delivered 4 accounts we agreed on ^

I might paid more because of hardcore, but i cant even remember.
Also 2x4 bonds wasted, not even added here.
