Yes it's a bad idea. No one is going to buy a paper football that most people are able to make themselves in elementary school, let alone pay shipping or buy 100's at a time to make it worth it.

It's not per se a terrible idea. The profit margins for you will be ridiculous. You may not get many customers, but when you do, it'll be just about pure profit.
