getting old account back?

so i have a sytheaccount idk from a long time ago maybe 2007 and i went to log in after not logging on for a year and it asked me to reset password even though i knew the current password and it wants me to do that through an email i no longer have, i can verify some like old passwords or log into the skype or live/messenger on the account, i searched for my username but only thing i found was my name in donater section. account name is madmax5213 email is same and @yahoo and i already tried recovering the email with no success. any way to get my sythe acc back or no? i saw the new thing when signing up this account for a password phrase for recovery or something unfortunately that wasn't in place the last time i used the account.
