Also, lol if you don't have evidence then chances are they would end up filing a counter suit for defamation/libel slander (seeing as you posted a video on the internet for the whole world to see and are defaming their name and accusing them of discrimination without any evidence) and in that case they would win. You don't have proof, but they'd have proof of defamation/libel slander if this oakdice guy actually tries to sue them.

Well, you can't exactly go to court in this type of situation with nothing but your word against a company that has millions of dollars and millions of followers especially without any sort of proof. He has nothing but his word and speculations. Honestly if TwitchTV wanted to file suit against him right now for his video they would have more than enough grounds to do so, and they would win. His best option is to drop it and remove his video and any posts he has made accusing the company.

Honestly "Oakdice" I think you have an account on here and will most likely see this post. You need to remove your video, cease all legal actions (which I highly doubt you will actually even try to persue), and remove any posts that you have posted on any site in which you have accused them for discrimination or any other acts without the proper evidence that will hold up in court.

Seriously, you need to think about what you're doing. You have made a video that they can already sue you for, and multiple people have already posted proof of said video and might be changing their opinion of the company "TwitchTV" based on your video and/or posts.

This could ruin your life. I'm not posting this as a friend because I don't know you, I'm not posting this as an attorney, because I'm not an attorney, I'm posting this as a person who knows what they are talking about.


Now that I've said that, my final opinion is that the subject "Oakdice" wanted attention after losing his main money making method and stooped to extremely low level in which he has no way of coming back from if he decides to continue on his way down this path. Even if he doesn't file suit the simple fact that he is making videos and posts over the internet where the whole world can see directed at an individual company is enough evidence to put "Oakdice" in debt for the rest of his life if he does't rethink his strategy.
