Not self interaction. Pain is my Sythe account on Edge. Great Olm is my account on chrome. I merely posted on the thread on great olm while I was using chrome - I said I'd been on acckings which is the absolute truth. I have been on the site and used it without issue. I didnt vouch it either I merely said I'd been on it. You can clearly see that was not the only post I made on Olm - I was posting a 5-6 posts on several marketplace discussion threads. It would be different if I posted a thread saying "best site to buy from!!!" than posted on Great Olm "vouch sold them an account"!! Etc.


It's not my thread - I didnt vouch the site I merely said I'd been on it. No ill intentions merely posted via Olm on chrome - I occasionally will browse the forums and see threads that are highlighted(That I visited on Pain but not Great Olm) and revisit them. No problems here so whoever reported this is having a laugh.

Did I quote myself on great Olm? Did I pretend that I was someone else? No. I just posted that I'd been on the site.

That second account was approved by administration so I can sit in Sythe discord without anyone knowing it was me.

 

there is also a clause;

however a valid legal entity (i.e. company) may have its own Sythe account, distinct from its members/shareholders, provided it complies with the other rules.

Pain has been representing my companies - Great Olm could easily of been said to be my personal account so there's also that. Great Olm has never been involved with any of my companies and I do keep an eye on other discords with it so.

Between the facts that there's no vouch ; The statement is truth ; the accounts didnt interact(I.e Olm quoting Pain) ; The fact Pain can(and has been) the representative account for all my companies and Great Olm has never as much as touched a thread relating to them ; There's no case.

 

You also broke administrations agreement not to share that I had an alt @Wortel instead of DMing me you reported me and have now ruined that alt which means I'm junking it and will have to request a new one. That account was to stay private. I specifically asked administration if I could have this account and if it could be kept private. It was private to the point you home IP twc'd it. It's one thing for it show on my Audit -> It's another for a global mod to confirm it's me through the use of private DM's.

Dick move & cost me $25 AND you filed a useless ass report that has no basis on me.

Still a dick move - You know this account gets tagged and messed with constantly. I ask administration for a way to browse the forum and discord in peace and you ruin it.

I mean that's kind of being an asshole. The least you can do is handle your own damn report and close this since you've already ruined my alt for me.

You had to of known posting this that that was not a vouch, it wasent on a thread made by Pain and the accounts didnt interact ; It's not like I was quoting myself.

Is this not false advertisement? You purposely create an account and refer your own site to another user, is this not self vouching?






User is attempting to sound like a customer of a site which he is the sole owner of - which is false advertisement no? Since it is encouraging the user to visit his site based on false information/a false vouch

 

Stating I've been on my own website is not false advertising or a lie. Would you like to see my browser history on chrome showing I've visited the website without issue? That's not an advertisement nor a vouch. It's also not a lie.

Did I say I sold them an account? Did I say I bought an account? Did I say anything that implies a trade of any kind or a vouch? No. I said I've been on the website. That's it.

 

You ruined your alt by youself for self vouching??

This is you REFERRING the user to your OWN site, which in turn is self vouching, you're giving false information and misleading the user cowep to a site based on the sole trust of another user using the site, WHICH in turn was actually the owner.

I even referred him to my competition in Pain's original post aswell.

Everyone here is making the assumption I had some devious plan or something for 1 guy on 1 thread when we have 5000+ customers lol.

Simple fact;

I was browsing the website on chrome(Olm) the thread was highlighted as un-visited(As I did visit in on Pain(as I posted on it) - The thread was still highlighted as unvisited on Olm(as were many others) I went through and posted on 5-7 different marketplace threads merely stating the truth lol.

If User A is to comment under User B's Account thread, VOUCHING and referring OTHERS to the trader/individual this is marked as false advertisement immediately, why should this case be treated differently?

How big a company is does not give you extra rights @Pain , False advertisement should be treated equally along the scale whether it's 1 vouch or 100 vouches.

Let's not get away from the topic and the fact that this USER referred his OWN site on an ALT account in which he has not dealt any trades with as an outsider as he is the sole owner of it.

 

I didnt vouch or refer others lol. I literally said that I'd been on the website. I didnt even vouch my own company in Pain's first post I literally said (AWH/AK).

Where is the vouch or false advertisement in that statement? Did I say I've sold to AK ? Did I say I bought from it? No. I gave the guy 2 websites(as there's only 2 outside PA) for accounts and 9 days later on a separate account, separate browser I reposted saying I'd visited the website on Olm.

 

I seen a donor say your website was trusted and he was on it without issue and i bought an account off it because of that wtf

how is that not being ruled as a self vouch then nevermind self interaction

 

You need a hobby if you saw a $25 donor with 8 posts saying he'd visited a website(not that he even did a transaction with it) and you decided to buy from it.

This is been blown way out of proportion lol.

Good lord we've got a thousands of customers and between R2 & I we've probaly got 20,000+ sythe vouches. I dont think I need to manipulate someone on our trust level lol. Everyone thinks the worst of me SMH. It doesnt even make sense to imply my intentions behind Olm's post were bad in any way lol.

 

We aren't going to play with semantics here. Saying you've used your website without issue is misleading. The person on the thread even asked you how many accounts you've bought/sold. I'm going to temp ban for this and place a TWC as soon as my net allows me - I keep losing connection.

Since I know you're going to want to dispute, I will unblock you on Discord for now. You will probably go to video though and that's fine too. Whatever you prefer.
