Hi there, I basically need a CMS created within 2-4 weeks.
The description of things that this CMS should include will be provided in an email that will be sent out to serious people only.
I don't really need any graphics done. We could either work something out or I can make a design and you can code using it.
A portfolio of some sort is a MUST!
