He was banned for evading several accounts, charged me back after paying me $188 with stolen paypal accounts. he has, form what I have seen, a pretty damn good phisher as he was showing off 20+ accounts and the scroll bar suggested way more.

I'll PM proof of at least the chargeback.
I can only send logs of the admitting to hack PayPal accounts.

I actually OMM'd nearly 2B for him, and I knew something was fishy. I explained my reasoning to Nate, but I guess that wasn't enough proof.

1. I OMM'd a trade between him and another user twice. He sent the first payment from a different PayPal and the other from a different one. The other user questioned him, and Pacter responded by saying it's his stepdad's PayPal.

2. I OMM'd many trades for him that night - 3-4 maybe. Many people came back saying he had made unauthorized claims and charged back the money he had sent for the GP.

3. His RS character name is Fuzzey - that's also his 2nd Sythe account he made after Pacter was "mistakenly banned." If you browse through Fuzzey's threads/posts, he's selling a large amount of GP via WU - most likely attained after buying GP from stolen PayPals.

4. The night he was buying GP with Pacter, he was buying GP at rates of .80 and .90/M. You can easily have bought them at much cheaper prices from more trusted sellers.

It's basically not solid proof, but it does in fact make sense if you're thinking about it the way I am. If someone has chat logs and PayPal screenshots, that would be a benefit to those who were scammed.
