PACQUIAO vs. mayweather POLL

I am no exactly familiar with boxing so what is a split decision? pretty much a tie? and I think when Manny fought marquez he took some shots to lighten the pot in mayweathers head so he would fight him cause manny is better then that...plus wbo wouldnt let him lose cause they dont want to lose the milions involed with the fight to come (this one vs mayweather) thanks for the feedback still lookin on what sythe ppl are thinking of
