    PA isn't disbursing like 5 payments worth $1000 because apparently MoneyBookers marked it as "risky" and I have to contact them directly.

    Does anyone know anything about this?

    Snowpatrol said it was someone who got past PA verification and is scamming with MoneyBookers, if this is true - what does that mean for people that have delivered...? Gf?

    Also what would I even tell MoneyBookers, I have no transaction ID - and furthermore, isn't this what I pay fee's for, so I don't have to contact them directly?
