PA payment verification time.

hey, I'm trying to buy gold of PA but am finding quite a lot that my payment is never verified even after a few hours or so, before you say check my balance, i know that i have the money to make payments, any help? I often to have to wait a day for a refund after cancelling due to waiting exaggerated lengths of time.

is there something i could do?
i also use the payment method

VISA/DEBIT CARD -> MONEYBOOKER (SKILL) -> INSTANT

which is, well not very instant in my case.
