    How far does PA go with buyer/seller protection regarding RS accounts?

    Like, if I was the buyer, and the seller recovers the account a few months later, would PA actually chargeback the disbursement made to the seller and give me the money back?

    I don't think so. I had troubles with a thing I bought on there and they say it's not their responsibility after the sale

    I don't think it's possible to charge back after 45 or 60 days, depending on the time frame of availability to refund.
