What should I alch? I know this is a common question, but the word "alch" is too short to be searched for and I don't have a lot of runescape knowledge myself. I hope some of you can give me the answers, perhaps with some information regarding the items you suggest too (like how much you earn/lose per hour or something like that)

The second one, sort it for at least 5k items in the GE limit.

You can alch 1000-1100 per hour. That'll be your loss/hr.
