Those are just some of the many trades I've done since my ban which goes to show my trust and loyalty to the community is still in tact even after all what's gone down. I know what i did was unacceptable and i can promise it'll never happen again, there won't even be a slight chance of recurrence. I've gotten a big reality check from what has gone down, i hope we can all move forward from this. All debts have been paid and apologies have been sent out to the Dialatic, Divica and DivicaSales.

When you are reading the rest of my pardon, keep in mind that N4n0, Jack Goff, Lime Soda, Gohan, I_dont_bot, Kevin001 were all once banned and was given another chance to come back on Sythe, i hope what i've mentioned below is sufficient to support my unban.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:

- I wasn't banned for taking the 19 VIP Vouchers but i did confess to it on the 14th.
- Chargebacked Ooga for like 40$ (He was supposed to delete two of my skype imposters and provide security but he didn't)

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Details: Yes, i did go on their admin panel and take 19 VIP vouchers but i did not brute-force my way onto their site, since they purchased a new admin panel from Brandon's site, i found out since i'm an admin on my page on Brandon's site if i just went to Divica's URL i didn't have to enter any username/password. I took advantage of this in by, firstly creating a new account on TRiBot, then redeemed the VIPs to that account.
Reason: In my opinion, i believe the staff should forgive me because I've taken steps to ensure this won't happen again. I had no reason to act this way and Divica didn't deserve to be on the receiving end of my actions. I have gotten a big reality check from all of this and there is no possible way i'm going to repeat what i've done. In addition, i've sent out three unique apology letters to each of them.

Incident: "Divica's Coupons, Testimonials Prices" -
"He accessed the management panel after being fired and changed all of the coupons, and someone ended up ordering and getting 20% off their order." - Dialatic
Details: I changed the coupon value for the xmas2013 from 2% to 20%, which apparently caused Divica 5$ from the customer getting 20% off their order. I didn't even know it caused them any harm, and the minute i heard they were affected by it , i paid them the 5$, as shown here, http://i.imgur.com/mcBNMpa.png. As for the prices there was no harm done to Divica but that still doesn't make what i did right, i've shown remorse for what i did and i hope we can move forward from this. Same with the testimonials, fortunately they were able to recover them.
Reason: This was just another one of my childish acts on their website, no real harm was caused by this, i believe i handled how i acted in an appropriate manner by refunding asap and making those apology letters.

Incident "Divica SQL Injections"
" He spammed the testimonial and order forms in an attempt to both (a) cause problems with the vast amount of queries running and (b) SQL inject (some of the strings inserted were failed attempts to inject)."
There is no way i did this,

After asking Mike what it meant i know i didnt do it, i had no idea what it even meant before the 16th. All what that was is false accusations.

Incident "Evading IP bans and harassing their livechat"
"He continuously harassed Divica on her live chat, evading IP bans by getting new IPs."
I never harassed them on their livechat or evaded IP bans. I've gone on their front end of their website to check prices a few times but i never contacted livechat, and if you are saying that's evading an IP ban, how can i evade something i didn't know existed.
These two accusations are false, no evidence was shown since they just blame me, i hope you can see where i am coming from with this. This shown help your decision to unban me since this accusation is not true.

Blackhat Activities: Johng has accused me of ddosing him because i got mad at him. I've never ever ever ddosed him, Not sure why he likes to accuse me of this when i clearly didn't do it. He then goes ahead and posts on my threads saying i ddosed him.

On top of that, on one of Johng's orders through me, my worker was training range( i think it was ) and his account got banned. http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-pures-skillers/1637595-selling-failed-pure.html i went ahead and purchased that account for johng as a refund.

Then he proceeds to make a report on me for leaking the emails/passwords to his accounts (which i paid for in refund), since it was 4 months ago i dont remember the whole picture but i believe it was just info i created the account with, assuming he would have changed the passwords and i do believe they were banned already.
I believe i handled this situation well and the outcome was fair.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: I have indeed read Roary's thread with all the requirements and template for the pardon and i agree to abide by them.

At this current time I am not supporting violent's pardon request. I have spent numerous hours listening to him discuss his ban and issues with the site. I do not believe that he is truly sorry for his actions. I feel like he is just doing everything and anything to return to Sythe.org without realizing how his actions affected the site's image as a whole.

The idea of a pardon is that you are an asset to the community of Sythe.org. Violent however has been pestering anyone and anyone who will listen to him. I personally watched him bug numerous staff and even spend money on a mini rank while refusing to pay the money he owed for having his account trained. In my opinion if the account trainer wasn't as important as they were he would of BS with them more.

Violent should be allowed to pardon in six months from now. But for right now he should calm down and take a break from Sythe.org. With all that said no support from me during this pardon request.

Though I respect the fact you refunded everyone involved, I can't say I feel you did this to rectify your mistakes as much as that you just wanted to be back on Sythe.

No support, your actions were disgusting and show lack of character. Try again in six months maybe I'll think about supporting then.

 

No support from me. I appreciate your efforts Violent, but as the others have stated, I do not feel that simply apologizing about it and sweeping everything under the rug will work here. You need to learn from your mistakes and grow from them. Come back in six months and show us why you deserve to be pardoned.

 

I was really on the fence about this truly. Violent you have a good heart but you had a lapse of judgement which resulted in your ban. While I don't see you as a risk to the community it is hard to let you back so soon. I'd love to see you back in a month or two or have taken a break to reflect on your actions but since that isn't really my option I'll have to say no for now. Sorry.
