Is that site legit for free scripts? I've only used RSBUDDY Sythe and RSBots. Has anyone downloaded anything from there and/or does it have any vouches?

Rsbuddy is your best bet for free scripts. And they are legit.

I have never heard of Ownagebots. I think it's safe to say it wouldn't be reliable enough unless confirmed by all of RuneScape, like RSBuddy has been.
