Nice idea Sythe, You must've thought it through.

 

Its a good idea, however, some people do not have 40 dollars, or they just do not need 5 million or 10 million. What needs to be done is ending with these gold farming sites. Also, sythe.org could make a limit for selling gold. For example, each million gp could NOT be sold for less than 3.5$. Anyone selling for less could be infracted, and thread selling deleted. Of course, at first people would tend to go to gold farming sites, but, as people realised they would get banned, we could then make people understand that it is worth it to pay more money, but to not get banned.

This might also make some people leave sythe.org and go to other sites, however, we have to think of something:

Maybe, instead of having so many members but having a not that good quality, we could balance it by doing what i propose. Sure some members will leave, but, the ones that stay are the beneficial ones for sythe, and the ones that understand and agree that certain measures have to be taken, although in short-term that might be bad.

I used to get 140 bucks for a decimill lol

Selling mills isn't really good for the staker or moneymaker anymore as it's far better to just buy from farmers and sell back for a profit, so this solution should support the new generation of gp trading alot better, good idea mate.

 

My question for sythe is, why don't we keep the term "Mills", and keep mills between 3 and 4 dollars.

 

Another idea, make a rule "GP cannot be sold less than 4ea here on sythe.org, sythemills excused.

it makes no sence.. lol hes better off saying lets rename 10m to 10d lol. ppl still will be buying 1m for 3 $ and its the same thing if they buy 10m for 30$... so i see that this thread is wierd... xDD

 

its a rele good idea actually, cause then no one wastes time, sellers look to sell more, and buyers look to buy more, everyone wins

 

I'm sorry, but I fail see how this will help much. It's basically selling in groups and coming up with a new word. It's nothing smart, it's nothing that will help, in most cases either people won't use it, or the people that do will just confuse the cheese out of the people who don't.

How is saying "I will not sell any less than 0.5 decimills" easier than saying "I will not sell any less than 5 mill"?

Show me how it is actually worth using so that I and maybe others will.

 

Hmm like the idea more power to the gold seller although im sure a lot of buyers will go elsewhere and get banned on runescape for it, i like the idea but a lot of us cant afford to pay the price for 0.5decimils as a minimum

Great idea, although I don't see how this will do anything other than increasing the risk of being banned.

@1337_Byte: Centi- means one-hundredth, so a centimill would be 10k.
