Number of similarities:
1) Same location (UK). Owen's latest skype IP (31.205.30.169) ( https://i.gyazo.com/c23746b347059ad209754d1d6d2385e6.png ) resolves to Ask4 Limited, a university internet provider ( https://i.gyazo.com/207904f9ea9226cd90a46ba34a25a48f.png ), consistent with how Duff mentioned how he was leaving for university within a month here http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1874841-moes6223-refusing-process-donation-refund.html

2) Interest in questing services -
