Overwatch Ranked Season 2

For those of you that have been playing ranked in season 2, what are your current ranks? What are your favorite heroes to play?

Ranked Season 2 started yesterday I believe, if you didn't know.

I didn't play competitive in season 1, but I've been playing DVa and Reinhardt for all of my placement matches and I finished 8-2, getting put into high platinum, 80 points off of diamond.

Haha looks like your season is going much better than mine has been. I placed into mid/high gold, and I'm working my way into platinum now. Placements didn't go too hot this time around, tied one, won 4 and lost 5. I ended last season at rank 54 after pretty much placing and not touching it again (gotta get that icon bro).

I'm starting to get more into Pharah / Roadhog, but I typically stick to Soldier / Lucio / Mercy when things aren't going my way.

 

That's not too bad. After placements I managed to climb into diamond and after a few wins I went on a mad losing streak so I'm back into high plat. The only thing I've noticed in high plat is people don't communicate as much and the DPS is lacking most of the time. There's been a few games where I have gold eliminations as Reinhardt.
