Overwatch discussion section

Maybe not create the section yet, but soon enough when the game is actually released, there's going to be a huge community. And it may be worth it to have a discussion section for Overwatch.

 

We really only create new (sub)sections when there's already a considerable amount of activity in the main sections.
As there's really no interest here yet, I don't think we'll be adding it.

If the game gets massive here on Sythe we'll no doubt introduce a new section.
