With how big the game is right now, it would be a great idea to take advantage of that for sythe!

I wouldn't add Overwatch accounts. Overwatch accounts are tied to Battle.net accounts which are extremely low in demand. Try selling a Hearthstone account on this site, it's almost impossible. I would only add an Overwatch Boosting section for now and see how that fares.

Combining keys and accounts sounds like a great idea as I think separating will result in low yield demand.

Edit: I personally believe an Overwatch accounts and keys section would not be popular at all and should just be dealt with in the "other games" section and if we see a rise in popularity, we can just add the Overwatch accounts/keys section later. If we are going to add both of these, then combining them like you said would be the best idea. I can, however, see some demand for Overwatch boosting since rewards come with it.
