Most overrated anime has got to be Dragon Ball Z.

I didn’t realize a lot of people rated that show highly. Was last anime I watched didn’t make it through.. First season was an interesting concept, but seemed like they lacked the funding for fight scenes and to really hash out the character development/story with more episodes. Whole thing felt rushed and mediocre, I really wanted to like it from the concept alone.

I heard a lot of good things about it, when I watched it the concept like you said was interesting, but everything else just fell short to me personally

the first half of the first season was really great. had a bit of everything. its the 2nd half that gets everyones hate when they switch to the fairy dance arc. It was poorly done. but GGO made up for it. GGo was actually really good and the new season is going to be the best season. recommend you continue watching it. When you have a big anime like sao or anything else, you have to judge it on the big picture, not just 1 chapter.

hotarubi no mori e

wasn't as sad as I thought i'd be and the ending was very predictable

Dragon Ball and DBZ.

I never enjoyed the 4 episodes of powerup screaming, 2 episodes of exposition, and 1 episode of actual dynamic fight scenes.

[Sypherz]

Yugioh Season 1 is the only anime worth watching cmv

AoT is the first name that pops up in my head.

watch dbz kai. They cleaned out all the filler episodes.

tried it but the comedy was just so underwhelming. it had that cartoon comedy feeling and I couldnt continue after a while.

All anime is overrated.

I just finished watching the first season of Sword Art Online. I had pretty high expectations because I'd heard good things about it but it was honestly pretty disappointing. It was cool to have an anime set in an RPG but in all honestly the plot was really predictable and really not much happened. I can definitely see how it's appealing to watch for gamers though.

It started off good, but then went trash rather quickly.
