Over The Sun requesting a pardon for threatening to scam by recovering 19 accounts

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I confess I shouldn't have escalated the situation because it would have probably worked out fine. I was frustrated for being temporarily banned multiple times for IP issues but I understand it was for overall saftey of the site and my account so I sincerely apologize.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

User - Tom X (my first Sythe account, abandoned because of the rep I made as Over The Sun. See the thread I posted inquiring about it?)

User - Over The Sun (I made this account when I came back, I had it for a few months before I remembered Tom X. I was banned on here because of a personal dispute with Chloe)

User - The Day Man (made after being banned by Chloe, banned for evading shortly after)

User - 9 Year Old Girl (don’t know why I was banned on here for only a few months, see threads/9-year-old-girl/)


So, Tom X isn’t really the subject here because my problems stemmed from the Over The Sun account. I logged in June 14th, 2017 to see I was banned for the reason “your account had probably been hacked post a dispute for this ban from your home IP please” from Chloe. This isn’t the first time I was banned like this. Wortel banned me maybe a month earlier for the same thing until we figured it out and he unbanned me. I thought Wortel would have my back on that when I was talking to Chloe but he never responded to me and since I was banned I couldn’t show Chloe the PMs to show it had been previously resolved. Since I tried to login at work and disputed it there Chloe shut it down because I posted from work IP, understandably. Although at the time I was getting on Sythe to sell an account and I really wanted access right then and there but Chloe refused unless the dispute was from my home IP. I kind of wigged out on discord and I said something along the lines of “I have sold 25+ account and if you keep me banned I might as well recover them all”. This was a bluff as I never kept any of that information. Chloe didn’t take kindly to my empty threat and banned me from the discord. Then a ton of Sythe discord cronies started spamming my Sythe calling me a scammer and I pretty much lost it on Chloe at that point because of how far it had gone.


I never scammed anyone, I just tried to strongarm Chloe with a stupid threat and it was really just a huge misunderstanding. I tried another appeal like a week after to let things cool down but something hung it up, I cannot entirely recall, maybe Chloe can.


Anyways, I’ve evaded fixing this problem and I have even managed to continue doing business as other accounts, honest business might I add, until I eventually got another evade ban. I just enjoyed being a part of Sythe so I evaded the bans, however erroneous I felt they were at the time, as it seemed to be easier that disputing it.


How can we move forward? Just to reiterate I have NEVER scammed and there has never ever been a scam report brought against me, on any Sythe account.


What do I do now, Sythe team? Frankly, I enjoy this site and I really hope we can come to some sort of understanding.

Other than that I must admit this whole pardon looked more complex than it actually is. You seemed to be banned at first for being hacked and then you asked Chloe to unban you and if she wouldn't you would chargeback all the accounts you have sold (which was a retarded claim to even make). I'm not yet sure if the accounts have all been recovered or if @Clouds1993 was the only unlucky one. As for the accounts hacking, I do not believe you are behind it because it would make no sense. Now this is a total different way to go to, but could you provide us with a picture of your government issued ID? This is so I can confirm your story even better.

Once again I'm very sorry for taking so long. I can assure you that I did bump certain individuals multiple times about this dispute.

-As I said before, I'm not entirely sure where now that a few weeks have passed, but especially with the higher level pures I've sold there was IP and locking problems with them once they were sold and Jagex flagged them and locked them. This has happened 2 times, and 3 if it's what happened to Clouds (the account he bought had 2 99s). I can show the PMs of the other 2 times that high level account have been locked and them being mutually recovered by the new owner and I and that fixes it. However, given the amount of accounts I sold I have no idea what the email would be for said account so I have no where to start. I can work with Clouds to get it recovered though unless it's banned for botting or something.

-As mentioned it was possibly locked by Jagex, I can only speculate until I am able to look into the account details upon a successful login.

Holy fucking horse shit. This is the biggest lie I have ever heard. First of all, he bought the account from me for 120m, first offering 90m, and another guy joined the chat and they kind of bid it out and Cloud offered 120m and the other guy wasn't going higher so I sold Clouds the account, he had it within minutes. Additionally, my skype and all conversations are cleared so I have no Skype evidence myself, however, I was PMing Clouds and the other guy on Sythe minutes before we all got in a conversation on Sythe so I'm sure the evidence will be in my Sythe PMs on Over The Sun on possily the other bidder may have retained the group conversation. Clouds also mentioned he lost his last account because someone else botted on it (although I'm sure he botted it, maybe you can cross reference his IP addresses with some popular botting sites to see?) so I am beginning to think the account is banned, although I can still look the account up on OSRS Hiscores but the stats are HEAVILY altered from the state I sold it in to Clouds.

One last thing I would like to add is that I sold about 95% of my gold to @LucidGold, and when I sold him the gold from this specific account I sold him 100m, and kept 20m for myself. I did this in almost every case because the idea was to sell a pure and take some of the profit to start another account and so on, I regularly sold gold to lucid, and the only other time was once to rsgoldfund and one another time to Lrug Dord both time because Lucid was unavailable.

I can't believe Clouds would not only claim to have bought it for twice he payed for it, but also claim to have also lost said amount in cash on the account as well.

Additionally, I had a single PP account, I sold basically all gold to fund an IRL hobby and never, ever had more than 150m or so and even then I was blowing up LucidGold to sell gold basically the second I got it, there were even cases when I had potential buyers and I would spam Lucid just so he would be ready to buy.

Here is what I am thinking. When I got banned I made a big scene with Chloe on Sythe and an even bigger scene on Discord. I started to get flammed a shit ton and people were making the hacker and scammer claims and really irking me at the time. I even remember peaceful1rs or whatever, I saw him making a pardon thread for actually scamming and frankly I find it funny, but anyways he then messaged Chloe and posted in the discord about the account and maybe hopped on some sort of bandwagon? Anyways, the account has been level a crap ton if you look it up now so I know for a fact he had it for much longer than he claimed and might still even have it for all I know. When I wanted to go over maybe 1.5m, around 75 or so in like Range or Strength or something, I would hire someone else on Sythe to do, mainly @Fdrive and one other person that would be obvious if you looked at my old vouches.

All in all, I am saying that Clouds is lying. I personally did nothing that would jeopardize the safety of said account and I still stand by all the accounts I have sold as Over The Sun, The Day Man, and 9 Year Old Girl.
