Our first Skrill chargeback attempt

I didn't even know this was possible, thought it was just paypal that allowed chargebacks. I'm looking to open a goldshop soon, so ill keep this in mind.

@ karlrais, I've had problems with them before, my only tip is that you call them multiple times, one employee will eventually do the work needed to be done, or send it to a higher level of management. You should get a response within 2 days, if not, call again.
