After being verbally raped by several people, I had decided to post here, just to mention all the other cool mods

Hmm, Theres that awesome guy TDD with his chocolate whoring girlfriend.
Theres that awesome giverny girl (verts) with her SEXY ACCENT and awesome skin! (and a decent sense of music might I ad )
sex9 with his awesome taste in books , and the way he accepts the money I send him no questions asked
Mos3s is cool too, and only the people who have an awesome level of over 9000 will know who he is
Hmmm.... I guess Atomic can get a mention, he's always willing to share his knowledge of smoking pot

I'm not looking foward to the abuse coming if I missed someone on here, so wish me luck that I didn't all you peoples on sythe that have no idea who I am . you can come on irc and learn anytime btw, and by learn, i mean get sent naked picutes of me...

 

To all the people that are saying that I deserve a promotion, I appreciate it. However, other mods (such as Verts, Jesse and Giddy) were promoted due to the amount of effort they put into the site. They are/were far more committed to the job at hand.

Besides, I'm happy where I am

 

Yea, I decided to write short about what I think of all the mods. I actually don't know most of them, but I'll write my impression of their posts.


Finniscool - The newest admin. Looks like a nice guy, and taking his admin position serious.
Matthew - Less active than before, a shame, Matthew was a great guy after what I read on his posts.
Pen - Don't actually know why, but he was my favourite staff until he became less active.
Sythe - Really, now idea. Great admin, I guess, because he made this awesome forum.

Daily - One of my favourite staff. Supports the guys wants she as admin. (She's a girl, right?)
Giddy - Hmm, don't know him that much. But he seems like a nice person.
Jansen - If I'm not totally wrong Jansen became more active recent? Quite good, don't have read enough of he's posts to say anything.
Sin666 - Yea! Also one of my favourites. Sin takes care of alot spammer reports and disputes. Seems like she's taking it serious.
Swan - Actually don't know him enough to make up any opinion.
The Viper000 - Also a favourite (no it wasn't only because you made topic). He's doing an excellent job! Keep it up.
Verts - Have heard about her, but don't have any personal opinion about her.
x⁹ - Seems like a cool guy, and taking his job serious.

Pshynosis - A nice mod. Have humour.

R33l2r3al - Yea! My boss xD He's doing an excellent job. Hope he'll continue with it.

Darkgroove - Looks like he's doing a good job with the reports. Keep it up!
You Jew - New market mod. Did hell of a job with the scammer reports. And he helped me clarifying a mistake.

MegaMatt - Have heard about him, but don't know him good enough to say anything.
Tgump - Same as MegaMatt.

Darthatron - Actually same as MegaMatt and Tgump.
SuF - Looks like a nice person. Taking his job serious, and taking care of reports.

benwise90 - Same as MegaMatt.
Billyy - To be honest, I don't know why he's mod when he got banned for scamming dragon claws. Apologise me if I'm wrong.
blupig - Same as MegaMatt.

DropKick Murphys - Same as MegaMatt


All in all I believe the community have a good staff.

 

Matthew - More activity would be nice.
Pen - Doesn't deserve to be an Administrator in my opinion. Barely does much that is visible anymore. I'm sure he does things, but I preferred Shredder. Moderator days were much better for you.

Jansen - There's an obvious correlation between his previous position / friendship with current staff that got him directly promoted to Global. I don't think he deserves it,
Swan - I've only seen about two posts by him, and I had no idea who he was until a week or two ago when I looked him up. Not active enough, and I believe that a demotion is necessary.
x⁹ - I've barely every seen you, so I can't judge about your moderating. I wish you would be more active, because many say you're a great person.

Pshynosis - Not very active in sections other than his own. I haven't seen him post much in there, actually, AND EXTREMELY STUBBORN & ARROGANT

I respect your opinion and won't hold it against you, but I was asked to come back, it wasn't like I nagged people to mod me

 

+ If you look at his user title, it says Retired Admin, which obviously indicates that he ONCE was a admin.

 

I like most of the staff.

Pen may be inactive (or not; it is hard to tell without seeing the logs), but as I said the last time he was demoted, he has already done more for the site than most mods ever will. Mods shouldn't be expected to maintain perfect activity for year-long stretches; people dislike it when we leave and return, and they dislike it when we go inactive - what exactly are we supposed to do? If he is taking a break, it is well deserved, and I would be disappointed to see him demoted.

As for Pshynosis, he is very outspoken; he doesn't gloss over shit, and I love that about him. His activity could be better, but GFX is dead anyway.

You Jew: I have already made it clear that I think he was unfairly and prematurely promoted; I think he still has a lot to learn about the site and his section. However, he seems eager to earn his title, at least.

I think we have a great team. I think Daily and Sin666 should be in consideration for Admin, including Sin666. She is really helpful, I remember the "Report A Scammer" page was at like page 7, and then she came in and knocked it down to about 2 pages which is insane. She deserves to be higher up, because she's good at what she does, even though she can be strict sometimes.

 

I'll post mine the next time that they're released by the admins. Might motivate me to work harder

Daily, x9, Shredder, TDD, they were all amazing mods, lots of activity, very social, and also did things on Sythe OTHER than just modding, which I like to see.

On the admins:
Finniscool deserves his position. He was a great moderator, very social guy, and also had to put up with a lot of shit here. He gets the job done well, and has really stepped up to the position!

Pen... It's cool to see him Admin again but I really don't see him active anymore.

Matthew is a great admin, definitely gets the job done. Doesn't tend to do anything other than modding/administrative jobs on Sythe though.

I really don't know him at all, lol. He set up the site, he's the founder and all that but I don't see too many posts from him, I would of expected him to post a lot more, being the founder and all, but I guess he's too busy to just socialize on the forums.

 

Giddy is the best.

 

Most if the mods are good, helpful, active, nice, and do their job well, however, there are a few which I don't like (not gonna mention any names).

 

Not to be rude, but saying which mods you think shouldn't be mods/dislike is the point of the thread

 

Sythe shouldn't really be involved, there wouldn't be a sythe.org without him? even if he isn't working hard, he's got a team of staff to do that for him

 

Finniscool - got staff by sucking up to Matthew. Fact not opinion
Matthew - hasn't been doing much lately, Billyy had his ex-mod and normal mod rank for weeks
Pen - only because of his past does he deserve to be admin
Sythe - where u at bro

Daily - he was deadmined for phishing, which is a ban
Giddy - good
Jansen - was and will be good
Sin666 - was amazing, still is
Swan - inactive a bit but a good and loyal mod
The Viper000 - should be admin next but seeing as friendships are the ones that choose it, good luck
