Explanation of the trade:
I spoke to this guy the other day about possibly doing some skills for me but I decided not to go through with it later on. Earlier today I spoke him about about a small simple task and when speaking with him I asked for a PM and he said he had already PM'd me the other day, which he did. But I wanted to be extra cautious and checked his thread again and saw the Non Market User. I confronted him about it and he denied it. Once I linked him a picture he blocked me. I'm not entirely sure if I should even bothering reporting this since he's already marked to not trade but doing so to make sure.

None; attempted.

Non Market User attempting to take payment for service.
